Attention Speech and Debate:  There is a team meeting after school TODAY in F4.  See you there!

Attention Students:  All 2D Design and Art Appreciation Students in Mrs. Seal-Roth’s first semester classes:  You MUST pick up your artwork by TOMORROW, Friday, February 3rd otherwise, it WILL be thrown away or recycled!

Attention Students:  Do those winter blues have you looking for something else to do?  Then come to the Winter One Acts TOMORROW, Friday, Feb. 3rd at 7:30 or Saturday, February 4th at 7:30 in the Performing Arts Center.  Admission is only $5 or a donation of 2 canned goods.  Hope to see you there!

Carnation Sale:  Hey Northview!  It’s that time of year again!  Valentine’s Day is just around the corner.  NHS is selling carnations during lunch periods for $1 each until TOMORROW, February 3rd.  Make sure your sugar pie or honey bun gets the beautiful flower they deserve this Valentine’s Day!

Hey Northview!  Don’t forget there is a coexist meeting, Monday after school in room E23.  Bring a shirt to tie dye!

Lady Cats Basketball:  Saturday night is just another “Day at the Beach” for the Lady Cats Basketball Team as they travel to Southview.  Show your Lady Cat spirit by participating in the beach theme. 

Math Extra Credit:  Do you want extra credit in your math class?  Help restock local pantries during the “Have a Heart” Restock Drive January 30 – February 9, 2012.  You can participate in the Restock Drive by putting items in designated boxes in your Math classroom.  Monetary donations are also accepted.  Make checks to the Franciscan Village and give to Miss Comparato. 

Hey Northview!  Do you like to dance?  On February 15th, Med Tech will be hosting a school wide Wii Just Dance to benefit Mrs. Belcher and her children.  Mr. Swaggerty will be leading the dance and admission will be $2.00.  Buy your ALS bracelet during your lunch period. 

Northview’s Library Media Center is pleased to announce its upcoming lunch book group choices for February!!  Fifth period is reading The Lucky One, sixth period is reading I am Number Four, and seventh period is reading Hunger Games.  If you are interested in joining us, we will be meeting on Monday, February 27, in the library media center to discuss these books!!

Hey Science Olympiad:  Team dinner is TODAY at Tony Packo’s on Monroe Street at 6:30 pm.  Be there!!

Attention All Students:  If you have lost an item recently, stop by the main office and check our Lost and found.  The items will be donated after Friday. 

SWAT News:  Help the SWAT Team show support for the hockey team by wearing an ugly sweater to Friday night’s game against St. Francis!
